参加申し込みの流れ
- 早期申し込み (9月30日(水)23時59分まで)
- 採録された論文(フルペーパー、ショートペーパー)の著者は9月30日までに必ず申し込みをすませてください。

区別: 学生 (発表者の方は、必ず事前に参加申し込みをするようにお願いいたします)
- 申し込みページより必要事項をご記入の上、お申し込みください。
大学・短大・高専などの学術機関に所属する学生(社会人学生も含みます)は、発表者、聴講のみを問わず、 インターネットコンファレンス2015には無料で参加頂くことが可能です。 受付の際に、学生証の提示をお願いいたします。 ただし、予稿集は配付いたしません。 予稿集を希望する場合は、当日会場にて購入頂くことも可能です(1冊1,000円)。 予稿集の購入を希望される方は、申し込みページにてその旨を記入してくださいIC2015問い合わせ窓口へご連絡ください。

- 当日会場にお越し頂き、受付にて直接現金で参加費をお支払いください。
区別: 学生
- 学生で参加を希望される場合、人数把握のため、インターネットコンファレンス2015問い合わせ窓口までお問い合わせください。 予稿集を購入希望の場合は、問合せの際にその旨を記載してください。
- 当日会場にて、受付を行ってください。 予稿集購入希望の方は、1冊1,000円で購入いただけます。

お申し込みに関する注意事項
- Web上での参加申し込み受付は9月30日(水)23時59分で締め切ります。 締め切り後は当日受付のみになります。 あしからずご了承ください。
- 早期申し込みの場合、参加費のお支払い方法は銀行振込のみとなります。 早期申し込みで事前連絡なしに振込確認できない場合には、当日受付料金をお支払いいただきます。
- 当日受付の際に会員価格での参加をご希望の方は、受付時に、主催もしくは協賛団体の会員であることを確認させていただく場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

料金に関するご注意
- 会員価格は主催/協賛団体の会員に適用されます。
- 早期申し込み割引の参加費は2015年9月30日(水)23時59分までにお申し込みの方に適用されます。
- IC2015会期通しての参加料金となっております。1日分の参加料金の設定はございませんので、あらかじめご了承置きください。
- 料金(会員・一般)には、予稿集の代金も含まれています。
- 追加の予稿集は会場にて1000円で購入可能です。

参加費振込に関する注意事項
- 原則として、参加費の銀行振込は早期申し込み締め切りと同じ9月30日(水)までとなっております。 所属組織のご都合等により振込期日に制限がある方は、インターネットコンファレンス2015問い合わせ窓口までご連絡をお願いいたします。
- 請求書を希望された方で請求書が9月30日までに到着していない場合には、請求書が到着してから1週間以内に参加費の銀行振込をお願いいたします。 振込後、インターネットコンファレンス2015問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。
- 振込名義には企業名等ではなく申し込み者の氏名を明記するようにお願いいたします。 所属組織のご都合等により振込名義が異なる方や複数の申し込みをまとめてお振り込みの場合には、 インターネットコンファレンス2015問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

Early (on-line) Registration
- Early (on-line) registration will be closed on September 30th, 2015.
- If you fail to register before September 30th (11:59pm JST, 2015), you may come to the conference and register on-site.

Member means a member of financial sponsors or technical sponsor.
Class: members or regular
- Please make to register by completing and submitting the Online Registration Form.
- If you'd like an invoice to be issued, we will send.
- Please do you remit the registration fee to the bank account (the bank account information is the following).
- If you need a receipt, we will hand the receipt at the venue.
Class: Student
- Please make to register by completing and submitting the Online Registration Form.
Student (including adult students) participants can attend the conference for fee free. However, student participants are not include the book of proceedings. If you wish the book of proceedings, you can purchase the proceedings (1000 JPY / book). If you would like to purchase the book of proceedings,please fill in the formplease contact to the conference office. Student participant means the student who belong to academic institutions such as university, junior colleges and technical colleges.
On-Site Registration (after October 1st, 2015)

- On-site registration fees should be paid in JPY on site.
Class: Student participants
- Student (including adult students) participants can attend the conference for fee free. However, student participants are not include the book of proceedings. If you wish attend the conference, please contact the conference office. And, if you would like to purchase the book of proceedings, please fill in the mail.
Notice of Registration
- Early (on-line) registration will be closed on September 30th, 2015. If you fail to register before September 30th (11:59pm JST, 2015), you may come to the conference and register on-site.
- Early registration payment can only be made through bank transfer. If we can not check the bank transfer without prior notice in the early registration, you have to pay the on-site registration fee.
- If you hope to Member of registration fee, we will check your membership on site registration.
Notice of Registration fees
- Member of registration fee adopts the member of the financial sponsors and the technical sponsors.
- Early registration fee adopts the registration until September 30th, 2015 (11:59pm JST).
- This fee is the participants fee in 2 days. There is not fee for 1 day in the price setting.
- The Registration fee (member and regular) includes book of proceedings.
- You can purchase the additional book of proceedings (1000 JPY / book).

Notice of payment
- Early registration payment will be closed on September 30th, 2015 in principle. If you can not pay until September 30th, 2015 for some reasons, please contact IC2015 steering committee.
- If you has not received the invoice until September 30th, please you pay the registration fee the invoice arrived within a week. After the bank transfer, please contact Internet Conference 2015 Steering Committee.
