The Internet Conference 2016 committee supports student travel to IC2016. We will support to the first author (student) of the paper (including poster session), which was submitted to IC2016. This student travel grant includes round-trip transportation expenses and accommodation fee. We will give priority to full-time students in the selection.
IC2016 committee will award 6 persons (main session: 3, poster session 3). We will review papers and applications, and the awards will be announced by September 15 (the notification date of paper decision), 2016. Due to our available budget, we will only support people who live in (any area of) Japan.
Applications for the travel grant should be sent to the IC2016 organizer by August 20th September 11th (Extended), 2016. The subject line of the email should be: IC2016 Travel Grant Application.
An application should consist of the following:
